 roduction to the current BCDSS exhibition. The exhibition presents many di
 fferent and varied stories that we have put together – just like a patch
 work quilt that has been stitched together from many patches of different 
 origins\, patterns and textures. The stories tell of unequal – asymmetri
 cal – dependencies and of resistance to them\, by looking at the product
 ion\, use and distribution of textiles and their raw materials.\n\nPlease 
 note that the presentation will be held in German.
