Cheryl McIntosh's works make a powerful statement against colonialism, racism, and oppression, while advocating for resistance against colonial structures. In Counter Thoughts. Counter Images, she skillfully weaves Bonn's past and present into an impressive work of art. The artist employs mixed-media collages and expansive installations to explore her themes. Various textiles and materials are used to create a multi-sensory experience for the audience.
