Directed by Morad Mostafa, this co-production (Egypt, Tunisia, France, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Sudan) explores the harrowing reality of migration through the eyes of Aisha, a 26-year-old Sudanese woman, who works for a care service in Cairo. Having fled the war in Somalia, she must navigate her precarious work conditions as well as the complex underworld of the Ain Shams district in Cairo.

The film follows Aisha as she witnesses tensions between fellow African migrants and local gangs, while facing racism, crime, and extortion. Trapped in a web of intersectional dependency, she struggles to balance her dreams of a better life with a precarious reality defined by "unmoral deals" and the constant search for safety.

The trailer is available on Youtube.

We look forward to your participation!
