Thesis in Latin Epigraphy entitled: "Fistulae aquariae bollate e proprietari di abitazioni: per un aggiomamento alla voce domus de! Lexicon Topographicum Urbis Romae." My research focused on inscribed roman lead pipes as sources of information to locate the domus in the topography of imperial Rome. Moreover, I recorded on EDR database some of the inscriptions analysed in the thesis.

Thesis in Latin Epigraphy entitled: "Schiavi e liberti imperiali addetti alla cucina e al banchetto: funzioni e organizzazione." Through the analysis ofthe epigraphic material, this research tries to reconstruct the occupations of imperial slaves and freedmen involved in food preparation and in the organisation of banquets.

The workshop aimed to provide participants with hands-on skills in working with epigraphic material. The programme included the making of squeezes, imaging and measuring inscribed stones, the production of transcriptions, translations and commentaries.

The workshop, organised by the Institute of Classical Studies, University of London and Departrnent of History and Cultures, Alma Mater Studiorum Universita di Bologna, covered the encoding of ancient texts in XML, sources of inforrnation and support on EpiDoc and introduced the EFES platform for viewing and publishing EpiDoc editions.
